First visit to Read’s Worksop and very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Part exchanging helped to secure the purchase of a nearly new Hyundai which was in excellent condition with very low mileage. I appreciated the balanced approach of staff, polite and professional and never pressurised. We were given time to reflect and discuss the purchase although help was always at hand. Nothing seemed too much bother. Dan was our salesman, a sociable young man with a cheerful mien and good knowledge of the vehicle. He couldn’t have done more to put us at ease and ensure our experience was a positive one. From service to sales, a friendly and helpful team. Thank you.

Recieved a phone call to come in and sort out a software update for my car. Very polite service and very helpful. Turns out the 30 min to an hour update I was told was going to be longer and needed to leave the car till 4pm. I was offered a courtesy car so that I wouldn't be left without a car. On coming back it was lovely to see the car has been thoroughly washed and hoovered out. Thankyou very much guys really appreciate the work done.
