I booked and paid for a Platinum level (Major) service at 229.00. Their website states this includes the air filter, but upon inspection I have discovered that they haven't changed it and the clips have been broken on the air filter housing. I am now wondering what else they might not have done or damaged while apparently professionally caring for our vehicle.
I brought my Nissan Pulsar from this brilliant dealership a few years ago and I knew I would definitely go there again and I did. Curtis is brilliant, listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy and settled with my Nissan Qashqai. He keep me informed of everything and I cannot thank him and the team enough for all the hard work. You guys are the best.
