Received my worktops this morning so pleased they are gorgeous. I genuinely worried about the quality with prices being so good but I couldn't be happier. Delivery was on time gave me a time slot and called me when they was 30 mins away from delivering.Would definitely recommend.

Showroom visit just to look was so thorough and informative we purchased. Full explanation of required maintenance given. Worktops arrived exactly as promised. We are so delighted with the finished product. Our builders fitted them and we followed to the letter the oiling instructions. Would recommend the company for cost, service and excellent showroom presentation and sales staff. Thank you from Peter & Olga.

Don't bother, spend your money elsewhere! Tried to order some worktops from Worktop Express Warrington showroom and for delivery they won't bring the worktops to the first floor of my building (using lift or stairs) so I can carry them inside due insurance purposes. So they'd need to leave them on the ground floor where the lobby is and the worktops won't be safe to leave in the lobby till my partner gets in from work in the evening. They can't do anything other than a whole day delivery window and I don't have anyone available to help me bring the worktops upstairs during the day apart from a single day where we would need to pick them up from the showroom in a hired van in the morning. Due Covid they aren't letting anyone collect from the showroom but they'll let you inside the showroom to browse their range while staff aren't even wearing masks to protect customers. Ridiculous that they can deliver to your door of your house but can't allow you to collect from the showroom/warehouse where they'd had a delivery of the product I needed a couple of days before the visit. The worktops are 3 metres long so 2 people can easily carry them outside and put them on the ground where we can then pick them up and load them into the hire van and do social distancing at all times. But this isn't acceptable. Wouldn't bother with this company who are inflexible and staff don't want to find a solution to help. Take your money elsewhere. I've tried to place a review on Trustpilot and Worktops Express have flagged it as a fake so I've attached the business card with the name of the product (Colmar Oak) that Tracey their sales assistant gave me as evidence of my visit.

Awful. Multiple mess ups with delivery and collections, terrible customer service team, after trying roughly 60 times over 3 days to reach. Product nothing like described, sent photos evidencing this but was still charged another 30 for them to swap it. Final product came with severe scrapes and marks on which took us days to sand out as we quite frankly knew it would be less effort than trying to get it rectified by them. They charged us again for the second worktop on a promise of refunding us for the first the day it was collected, yet it took almost 2 months for them to refund us, again after countless calls and various emails. Stear clear, the hassle is not worth the small saving, especially if you get charged for multiple deliveries/collections and have to spend days and days re finishing hacked up slabs of what you expect to be smooth enough wood to simply oil and use. The worst online retail experience I have ever had.

Quick and efficient delivery, the lads were brilliant. And more importantly they look fantastic. More than happy. Thank you, they complete the kitchen entirely. Alan and Carly.

First time buying a worktop from these guys, would I recommend them? Absolutely yes!! Great service and to a point where I rang up to change a delivery date to the next 24 hours... No questions asked, arranged and delivered the next day at no added cost. Very very happy, and a mighty good quality worktop it was.

Ordered three worktops at Warrington showroom today, first class service from Jamie and Tracy - a complete contrast to our visit there last November where the guy we met didn't even warrant a score of zero! Apparently he's no longer with them. We only returned because we particularly liked the product and had phoned head office last week where customer service was again first class. Glad we did.
