I bought a bottle of whiskey when flying from Birmingham to Glasgow and unknown to me the sales woman should have put the bottle in a clear, sealed bag so on the return journey I could bring it back through the security. Instead it was put in a normal bag with the logo on and as a consequence I could not bring it through security at Glasgow and the bottle had to be thrown away. I explained this via a letter to the refunds office and I didn't even receive a reply from this lousy tinpot company. Last time I will ever purchase anything from them and I've advised family, friends and work colleagues to do the same.

I decided to buy myself ( as you do lol ) a nice waterproof watch to go on holiday with which was fine as the staff here were polite and very very helpful indeed !Unfortunately the watch failed on holiday so I decided to return the watch to World Duty Free for a refund or replacement so I choose a refund and within just a week or so the full amount inc the cost of postage back was paid back into my bank account .When I arranged all of this for the refund I contacted world duty free and chatted to a very polite and helpful lady who was simply perfect in helping me sort out the refund so well done and would recommend anyone to buy from world duty free at Birmingham airport simply for piece of mind knowing you covered 100% in great customer service and back up if anything breaks or fails within the 12 months of purchase .Thank you from all @ MaxsoundCarAudio Uk
