My experience with WorldSIm Customer care has always been excellent.

I bought credit of 50 (44 worth of credit). I have never used the line and yet this past week when trying to make calls, I have been unable to do so. I have logged into the website and it states there is 0 left on the account. This cannot be right and is not correct. I have also tried contacting 24/7 customer services desk for the past one week, but get an automated message promising a call back - which I have not received. THIS IS A JOKE. I have sent emails and will now reach out to my creit card company for refund. SHAME ON YOU WORLDSIM

I purchased 2 cell phones and several Sim cards including an upgrade card (because WS told me—after the card ceased being operative—the first sim card would not work in the countries I had been using it for!) all based on World Sim representations. These Sim cards no longer work, even though bith should have credit on them. I also purchased 2 cell phones from them which do not work with the Sim cards I purchased. In addition it appears I have lost credit () on these cards through non-use—especially so on the upgrade card. When I spoke to their technical people in an effort to fix everything it was futile—the technician was unable to understand my problem, was unable to explain exactly what was happening with my phone (the hardware) and ultimately failed to rectify the problem. I stopped using World Sim as a result. If they were more communicative, would follow up, would stay with the issues until corrected they might have retained my business.

The company was great !!! I bought the sim just because i can receive incoming calls for free But recently they are charging for incoming calls Which suppose to be free The advertising is still says free incoming calls on their website which is not true Customer need to chose the country from drop down menus in order to see that there is actually rate for incoming calls I stopped using the sim after many reload If it will go back to free incoming calls I might start using it again
