Having booked this for my partner's birthday, we've been looking forward to it. Our lesson was cancelled due to poor weather and I've contacted Baker Academy four times with no response back. Will be seeking a refund from Groupon. Don't bother, when there's plenty of great options in the Brighton area.

Very poor customer service. Does not seem to care about their clients at all. I've been trying to use up a groupon voucher for kite surfing classes, however both time bookings got canceled due to unsuitable weather conditions (fain enough). Yet no one seemed to be bothered to get in touch and rearrange a date. Called and texted the owner with little success. The groupon voucher has now been marked as redeemed without me receiving any sort of service from Bakers Academy.
