Our foreman, Esau, was excellent, and so was each team: a discrete team for the demolition work, the acoustic work, the plastering and the painting. They worked hard and professionally; kept (miraculously) to a very tight schedule; protected the flat and our furniture; communicated clearly; were easy to have around; showed excellence in each skillset; and went far beyond the call of duty, helping out by moving furniture and disposing of some unwanted items for us. The work has made a HUGE difference to our lives. Our perception is that there is an improvement of around 80% in noise levels, though these things are hard to quantify.
