NO AFTERSALES SERVICE. In February 2015 I was contacted by Nuisance Protect and was offered a "Pro Call Blocker" device (pictured) to block the many nuisance calls I was receiving and was charged 79.99. The device duly arrived and gave good service until 27 months later when the 2 year warranty had run out and the device was blocking all incoming calls. All contacts with NP were met with unfulfilled promises of technical help, followed with no response to emails. The only information they gave me on the first phone call was "we don't offer this product any more." This device is still available elsewhere on the net at under 5.00. If you need to block calls there are much better/cheaper ways than using this outfit. I feel betrayed by this company. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE.
