Appeal denied - DESPITE proof that I was within their 10minute grace period. I went to the shop to get coffee / change. I came back and paid for my space, 60p for thirty minutes. I have received photographs that are TIME STAMPED to corroborate. I appealed immediately which was denied; so I've taken this appeal to POPLA which has also conveniently been appealed. 100 fine for a space that I PAID for is unacceptable. I've written to our local council and MP Tim Laughton because you shouldn't be allowed to go after undeserving fines. Appreciate your running a business; but I paid. So this ticket should have never been issued.

This company waited until 23:07 to give me a ticket for not parking within the bays. THERE ARE NO BAYS! Merry Christmas to the attendant in market lavington from Andover! No one else received a parking ticket but me. Tell me how it makes sense! Avoid parking anywhere oneparkingsolution cover!!

I was delivering supplies to my disabled friend during lockdown, who had just returned from hospital and was self isolating. Despite informing their parking team of my license plate due to temporary arrangements, I still received a ticket. Despite following the appeals process, I received an automated response stating that I still had to pay. If I had to define scum it would be this company.

I got fined for parking at my own parking spot at my block of flats. Appealed and showed them that I had a parking permit and that it fell off my dash and they said it's not enough evidence and that the charge was issued correctly. they took so long to get back to me that now I have to pay the full price of the fine. 60! Embarrassment of a company.

I was given a parking ticket four minutes before I could have had free parking. From photos, my lights were still on, which means the officer must have watched me struggling with my 7 week old son and sleeping toddler. Yes I parked illegally but please show some humanity!
