This shop is run by lovely girls. They always remember me and are so helpful. They go out of their way to sort out issues (wrong product bought/out of stock products etc). Love this shop.

Really friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. This morning I placed an order over the phone for delivery and the manufacturer has made changes to the formulation of the product I was ordering. The young man who took my order went through all the changes to the ingredients with me so I could be sure it is still the right choice for my dogs. Outstanding customer service!
