Fantastic care and support offered to all of the family, not just the patient. Nursing staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. A very sad time, but we were guided through the process at every stage. Everyone should be able to receive care like this at the end of their lives. Heartfelt thanks.

High turn over of housekeeping staff, they could make better use of resources if all of the bank staff were treated equally .
This is the most fantastic facility - clean, bright and beautifully designed to be as calming and relaxing as possible. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and not intimidating or scary at all. The staff were all utterly brilliant, so sensitive and caring - and led us through Dad's passing with expert skill, and understanding. My view of a hospice and what it can offer has changed completely. I will be raising money for this fantastic service, it's a shame that all end of life care isn't this good.
