We had a 7 course tasting menu here after looking for somewhere nice to eat in Worthing. The Dining room was nicely decorated, and the food with paired wine was fantastic. I did not eat red meat and so the chef even substituted this for vegetarian options with no fuss at all. The owners are delightful, and did all they could to ensure we had a good evening. Would definitely dine here again!

Went to the five course Test Kitchen and it was fabulous. An experimental menu is served for you to critique. My favourite things, food and my opinion! Each course was delicious and there was a form to fill, so you can imagine, I was in seventh heaven. But I forgot to mention on the feedback that the ice cream was the best so I hope they read this. Also dog friendly, plus the chef has a beautiful voice and sings at the end of the evening. He even serenaded the dog. 10/10, A. Service impeccable, well stocked bar, nice facilities, well spaced tables, clean and organised. I'm going again. They do all sorts of evenings, such as pie night, quiz night, also a wine flight; I don't know what that is but I'm going, it's wine, after all, how bad can it be? Service was on proper plates, not a slate, chopping board or saucepan lid in sight, thank goodness. No pretensions here just great food.
We ordered takeaway afternoon tea for a celebration at home. Jean was very helpful as we chose what to include. Delivery was exactly as promised and everyone really enjoyed the sandwich varieties the homemade sausage roll and the lovely cakes. Thank you
Friends bought me a 3 course meal to be delivered to my home. Absolutely fabulous delicious food. It was a real treat. I was very impressed.
We decided on a small intimate reception with a personal touch with the emphasis on amazing food and drink. We we’re not disappointed. Firstly we had the venue for our sole use which made it so personal and special. From the first email, Jean was attentive, excited and nothing was too much trouble. The menu selection, in his words could be anything we desired but we were offered help and previous menus to give us some much needed inspiration. The evening itself was fabulous, we decided on 7 courses which were beautifully presented, tasted amazing and were served at a pace which allowed us time to savour and enjoy each amazing dish. The night was a resounding success and our guests were suitably impressed. Thank you Jean and staff for making our evening something we are still talking about. We will see you soon, probably for the cheese pie we were talking about at the end of the night! Mr & Mrs Hams
