A big thank you to the team at Wellis who this week installed and delivered our new Sun Family hot tub. We absolutely love it ! Gus and Troy couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful during the installation, with Gus going out of his way to come back at the end of the day after my work meetings had finished, to run through the chemical installation process ! The after care support has also been fantastic with Gus providing all the information we needed via text. I would thoroughly recommend Wellis to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub !

We found Wellis Sussex after a bit of online research about what manufacturer of tub to go with. Wellis is a Hungarian manufacturer; we travel to Hungary often because of the amazing culture, food, wine, and of course the spas, and so I figured they would make a very good hot tub and they do. I tested out the Wellis Malaga and instantly loved its deep seats and lounger - water is up to the neck and so comfortable. Next was to figure out where to buy from. We found a marginally cheaper supplier online but I had an inkling this kind of purchase would be all about the installation and the after sales support. So we put our money where the reviews were best, and I am very glad we did. Gus and the install team were superb, they worked with our crane guy to get the tub over a neighbour's garden, we had to lift up our newly built pergola with props to get it in but everyone pitched in and the install went beautifully. I would say if you are thinking about getting a hot tub, DO IT! You will never look back. For me it took a bit of research and work to get the water chemical balance good, not to mention learning about clarifiers, alkalinity buffers, etc... but if this doesn't put you off then this will be a life changing decision. Well it has been for me anyway. We've owned the tub for one month now, and have used it for hours every day, sometimes I even get up at 5.30 before work just to sit with a coffee in the morning and gather my thoughts. Thanks again to Wellis Sussex for getting us up and running with this. Love it so much.

Based on this alone, I have already recommended them to a friend who is potentially in the market for a tub.
