Without doubt the worst run organisation I have had the misfortune to come across. Jobsworths like Jackie Bligh and Clive Cavanagh are ruining what was once an amazing housing society. I have met kinder NAZIS than the management of this mob Heil Bligh

Unable to deal with neighbours disputes which has been on going since 2002. Had a new boiler fitted nearly 6 weeks ago. The flu is to close to kitchen window boiler fumes coming back into the window and under car port, which they failed the gas safety certificate 7 years ago in the flue being to close to a open window. Still waiting for them to come and put a plume management kit on. Worthing homes are just fobbing us off and bsw will NOT return any calls. I've been suffering headaches and a foggy head. No one cares. Getting really fed up with amount of hassle we've had. Had two grown men from bsw have tantrums and stormed off. Bsw do not stick to appointment times and have lied. Had one appointment between 12-5pm didn't come called up apparently he came at 2.46pm l was in, so looked on my CCTV he didn't come he came at 8.50 am which I wasn't in that's why a appointment was made for afternoon. Worthing homes have not done anything to help or to take away any stress this has caused. Thank you so much such a caring landlord. Reply to owner yes you could quite easily sort this out

Everything was fine when I moved into my home. But less than 2 years later I had to deal with lack of residential parking, and this year they increased my rent up to 227 while I’m still on low income. How am I suppose to manage to pay 227!? And now I just found out they have taken 405 from me last month and tonight!!! What on earth!!!?? And also I reported a dripping tap a while ago! They never responded back. I don’t know what’s going on!!!!!

My daughter had a brick threw her window with 3 children, they haven't even boarded it properly, big bits of glass hanging on the inside, where kids can't get hurt, the glass doesn't even cover the window, absolutely use
