Rather than walking past a customer waiting at the entrance, you can still say hello to the waiting potential customer and give a rough idea of how long it will be. Finally after about 10 minutes someone spoke to Mr and said it will be a further 5 minutes. That's fine, but please don't ignore in eye contact, or walk past waiting customers without acknowledgment.

Picked up new car from James today. Nice friendly and helpful chap who made the process of deciding to go for new or used car very easy. Gave all relevant information and sorted out the best deal possible Other thing to mention to head of business when went in last Sunday in the extreme heat felt sorry for the guys having to wear ties as my wife works for a prestige car dealership and their salesmen don't have to wear ties in those conditions. But very happy with car and James who did a great job
