Found all the staff friendly but one the young girl who was bringing the drinks to the table said nothing literally slammed the drinks on the table and walked off. But the food was amazing I think our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. Would definitely go back but hopefully without drinks being slammed down

Like an f1 pitstop. We popped in after work for dinner. We were asked if we were ok using the app and we said yes. Three of us ordered 3 pints of lager and 10 chicken wings starter. A guy came over and said they cannot release the alcohol until we have ordered from the Main menu ? i thought it was a substatial meal.. anyway i explained this is just a starter and we just wanted 20 mins to eat them with a beer before we ordered a main. The guy said we had to make an order first. In the end i said thats fine but please dont bring tbe food straight away as we still wanted a beer and starter first. He agreed... Chicken wings came then so did the beers, happy days... unfortunately so did all three mains 6 mins later. Our visit with 2 beers, a starter and a main lasted less than an hour. i noticed they have a temporary menu on which i totally get, however its nearly 11 for half a chicken and chips.. yhis makes it cheaper to dine in Nandos for half chicken and chips ? i know where i will be going next time. may i add the place was very clean and all staff were great apart from tbe lad who said "its our policy you have to order a main meal" if this is the case please explain on entrance.

Fast service. Food tastes great. The design is beautiful. I do recommend visiting this.
Despite it being quite busy we were seated quickly. I ordered the falafel burger as a double which was a little dry. My friend also ordered the falafel burger but upgraded to mac 'n' cheese fries. Sadly, my friend who is vegetarian received mac 'n' cheese with smoke bacon fries. After notifying the bar maid of the mistake his fries were swapped and a fresh plate bought out. We ordered and additional basket of halloumi fingers with were much better than expected. Other than the mix up with the order it was a pleasant experience.
Part of Hungry Horse. Stayed at the Travelodge, for two nights. We had breakfast here, both mornings. It was very good food! The customer service was outstanding!
Went with my son had a lovely meal and puddin definitely go again
