Staff were really helpful and guided us through the design process. They accommodated our needs and ensured we were happy with the final design of the kitchen. We were kept upto date with deliveries and any issues we encountered was resolved quickly. Love my new kitchen! Would highly recommend!

I visited Wren Kitchens out of curiosity to see what designs they had. I was introduced to Michael Croome a designer, he immediately put my reservations at ease. He allowed me any amount of time to show me around the showroom and suggest some great ideas that would be suitable. After a second and third visit I decided to reserve a design with Wren . The installation is due on the 22nd March if the installation is a good as the dedicated and friendly advice I have received from Michael Croome, I will be more than happy. At the moment a five star service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Been left for three weeks with half 8 kitchen. No washing machine, cooking facilities or worktops. Called every day and been on hold for 50 minutes each time. No one ever does anything. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF SPACE!!! Would give 0 stars if possible.

Best kitchen designer in Leicester. Really good service and happy with the quality of work. James was very friendly and spent quality time helping us design our kitchen. The quality of the kitchen is very good too.

Booked online design. All details and measurements available to them before hand. Had to wait 10 mins and then had difficulty connecting. "Design" was carried out during the online process resulting in a few minutes picture of fait accompli, price, and request for deposited. When requested printed design and quote was told that I could only have this if I paid the deposit and then they would also consider any tweaks I might require! Completely pressurised selling and told they could only hold that price until tomorrow. When spending 1000s one expects to see what you are getting. Glibly being told it's the best of everything is not sufficient and to my mind criminal that a company like this should use such methods. If I had been allowed to peruse the details at my leisure they would probably have got my order but not knowing what I am paying for after a whiz tour of my "design" kitchen goes against everything I believe in. Told I could go into the store, but my understanding is that I still would not be able to sit down with the printed design, specification and quote without first paying a deposit!!!
