Absolutely disgusting telephone before 9 a.m. still waiting for a call back 6 not the first time. It's an absolute nightmare to get a repeat prescription.

Absolutely disgusting service. 1 dr who is rude uncaring doesn't want to know you. She prescribed low blood pressure tablets after me telling her I can't take them as I already have very low blood pressure she didn't even bother to check. She asked did I want a prescription or was I just wasting her time. I have just been prescribed tablet after tablet. Left after 30 years. No empathy for patients. Since Dr Wood left its an absolute shambles

Got to see a nurse the morning I rang up and she sorted my problem straight away. Plus she can write a perscribe medicine if required. Very Happy.
