We focus on building the best products we can for each customer segment, rather than building one product to serve all. Our multi-brand strategy and our capability to create white labelled products, enable this approach. And, whilst we don’t like to call ourselves a ‘bank’, we do need to be fully regulated to create exciting products like our dynamic loan, LiveLend, and SmartSave, our simple fixed term, fixed rate savings account. We secured our banking licence in December 2017 and are now authorised by the Prudential Regulatory Authority and regulated by the FCA and PRA.
