I was under the care of Mr Nguyen for cataracts in both my eyes. From start to finish, I was very happy with the advice, reassurance and level of professionalism I received pre and post operation. I am delighted with the results and would wholly recommend him.

It was tricky to know who best to carry out my surgery after a cataract has grown very quickly following retinal detachment and my failing eyesight was casting real doubt on my ability to drive(which I do for a living). I spoke with Mr Nguyens secretary Debbie Sumner and explained my dilemma, unfortunately due to COVID operating restrictions the operation could not happen but she assured me that they would prioritise my treatment. A pre op consultation was reassuring and realistic. At all times I have been treated with calm respect and felt in safe hands I was squeezed into the first day of operations and the procedure was satisfactory and vision restored. I have since had the cataract in my other eye removed and my vision is the best that I have ever known and without glasses or contact lenses. Mr Nguyen or his secretary have not solicited this review, I wanted to post it in case others had doubts or concerns about the procedure( painless) and care/aftercare (excellent) My sincere thanks to Specsavers Caernarfon , Mr Ng NHS Abergele and Mr Nguyen

Not only to be admired for his skills as a first class surgeon but also as a caring and thoughtful person who is interested, helpful, easy to talk to and restores confidence in yourself as a patient.
