Great computer shop, easy to park in a lovely setting of the Plassey. The owner Paul is very friendly and will do what ever he can to help. From brand new computers to spares or repairs. Great honest no hassle experience awaits all capabilities and age. With no salespeople people trying to reach targets or push certain items.

Great place! Cannot praise highly enough. I had a number of IT problems piling up, so when I eventually sought help, there was a big bag of broken gadgets, a list of issues, & me in a bit of a tizz. Paul got stuck in. He fixed what could be fixed (inc. rescuing 12 years of photos & other data). Stopped me throwing away a perfectly functioning tablet by confirming the charger was broken. Spent time explaining where I'd been going wrong in setting up my cctv cameras. Explained that my laptop screen was broken, but given its age, not financially worth repair. Absolutely NO hard sell here whatsoever - in fact, advised I could still use it plugged it into a monitor or TV for now, as lockdown has pushed laptop prices up. When I mentioned I don't have a TV or monitor but would ask around, he went & found a spare for me to use...now that's really going above & beyond to help out! Paul really knows his stuff, took his time explaining everything clearly to me, didn't try to sell me anything, charged a fair bit less than expected for the work done, and really went out of his way to help me out. Gained a customer for life!
