I worked for the agency at Plastipak for five months. Despite my good references, I was removed from work at Plastipak by agency's consultants without giving me reason. I was unemployed for many weeks. The consultants are unbelievable, irresponsible and have a low work ethic. The terms and conditions of the contract are not respected.

Would not accept my right to work documents. British citizen since birth provided with all necessary documents but rejected due to a name change age 4. Then asked me to register in my old name to avoid compliance. Essentially wouldn’t let me register with my real name due to compliance issues but willing to accept a name that isn’t my real name to avoid the same security/compliance issues. My head hurts.
Patiently dealt with any complications, found a job really fast, informative and sound genuinely enthusiastic about client's successes.
I have worked for gap on and off since 1995 and have never been more disappointed having hurt my back at home going into work but had to go home i was on the sick for 3 and a half weeks tried to go to work for light duties as gap asked but sent home 4 times when i asked for work hey said they havent got any we will ring you when we do so why do they advertise for people when they havent got work for me if you dont make them money they ignore you go somewhere else like me gap are terrible people
Avoid like the plague worst agency I’ve ever worked for bad payers and when they do pay you it’s not the right amount also when there are jobs being advertised And you phone them about it it’s eva gone or we will get in touch in 5 mins and don’t hear from them again and Have you noticed the first 3 reviews are the ones that work for them haha it’s that bad the staff are having to rate themselves joke of a firm stay well clear
