Not overly helpful to be honest asked where to find certain model of car and just got a it's over there with a vague pointing. When asked if possible to view one of the cars in the racking was informed no as I only wanted to look for smaller part. Even though they had had a forklift and driver near by so would of taken all of 2 mins to help. Only offer given was to borrow a unsafe looking step ladder to try and have a.look and climb into a car on racking. Don't feel I would go back again unless desperate Will use eBay next time as way better service and no messing around I would recommend others do the same

Very good selection of cars and parts to choose from. Staff can often be very helpful or very rude. Parts can either seem fairly priced or completely extortionate. Often parts are online for a fraction of the price.
Fantastic place, allows you to pick your own parts. Good value for money and friendly, helpful staff.
So bad service, verry high prices at parts, is only one in this area, and take advantage, always took whit people whit superiority... No respect for customers... Zero respect... Bad people. Thank for read
