AVOID!! Just been for a coffee and pudding. Serving lady had mask down around chin whole time we were there both behind the counter and while delivering food to tables!! Shown to our table then after 15min wait told had to order at till! Ordered..waiting and food came very nice..overpriced but lovely. Then my friends decided to order take away for teenagers at home. Told it will be a while, 30 mins so they also buy another coffee. I also order a hot drink to have with them while they wait. Meanwhile we can hear the lady who seemed to be in charge shouting at the delivery driver's who are there to collect orders and complaining about how long they are waiting. After waiting 15mins for our hor drinks I go to the counter, she bangs the counter and says this and this pointing at the screens are before your order.. after a 30 min wait I leave as my car park ticket was running out. No coffees yet , most orders were for delivery..can you not make a coffee at the same time? Chaotic aggressive atmosphere I will never return and I urge you to avoid!!

Second time ordering tonight, the waffles you can't fault but the ice cream you get with it and the size is ridiculous. A little sqwirt isn't enough for the price. Also i wouldn't even entertain the sundeas, partner had one tonight and it was half empty, also 9 in a half empty thin pot. Pffffttt really taking the Michael on it. Good job we had 25% off or it would of been over 30 for 3 of us.
Delicious desserts. Everything is beautifully presented. I will definitely come back here.
Great food and drinks always get very generous portion
Loved it here! Kids really enjoyed their Friday treat. Polite and helpful staff. Couldn't fault it. Would defiantly recommend.
