I went today to register.Although I was accommodated in a busy schedule because I arrived 15 minutes before closing but then I was handed over a registration paper to fill.I am happy that the receptionist did the necessary work in such short span of time and inspite of being busy.Just to further improve the good outlook , please provide a sitting place to anyone whom you give some form to fill. Its very difficult to fill legthy forms without putting it on some hard surface which is not possible in standing position..More power to you for providing service during these troubled times.

Brilliant, understanding and helpful receptionists and doctors.
Surgery was obviously very busy however someone still rang me back to say they’d managed to get a doctor to ring me
I can remember this surgery when it had just 2 doctors and a much larger area to serve, it's a very different place now! Dr Gowland is wonderful, takes time to listen properly and doesn't try to push you out of the door before you've even sat down, unlike some of the others! The receptionists have a difficult job, they take a lot of unpleasantness and are not allowed to retaliate but most of them are very helpful and in a genuine emergency will always go the extra mile to accommodate you. Yes appointments are difficult to get but that's the case in any surgery these days but they are available on the same day to people with genuine emergencies. As is the case, there are things I would like to change if I could but on the whole I'm reasonably satisfied with the way I am treated.
