It's an ok bank, they're never rushed to do anything, which is a pain, but make less mistakes that way. Always pleasant and friendly. Fairly helpful. 2pm closing not helpful, but they handed me an envelope to deposit my cheques. Fair dos.

Went in there and was greeted by a very helpful woman...Karolina I think her name was. Top notch! Only got cash out but still..
I wish I could put negative stars but I can't so one will have to suffice, I suppose. Re: a member of staff named Sharon Jones, apparently Assistant Manager, who should not be this anymore after what on Thursday before Easter. Cut a long story short, she treated my Partner and myself appallingly, I'm not even a customer. She just flipped out behind the counter, got up close as she could to the glass, arms outstretched in a very threatening manner saying she's had enough. She also 'growled' that she was refusing to serve my Partner, for no reason at all. Her face changed, as if she was possessed by a Demon. The Manager, James Hayward witnessed it and did nothing. This Sharon Jones should have being SACKED on the spot or at least, resign her post at TSB. Apparently she was in a bad place, which is not out problem as she should leave her problems at home. Since then, the customer services place is being pedantic and 'keep passing it to other people'. TSB, there is nothing to investigate or sort out as the Manager witnessed it and instigated the complaint. GET IT SORTED or face possible legal action against you as a Bank and Sharon Jones. Thank you.
These people will look after your money for you. And even reluctantly let you have it back if you so wish. They used to be partners with the Lloyd's bank but have since fallen out about Mr Lloyd keeping his black horses in the money storage room of some larger tsb branches.
Pleasant and courteous and efficient service every time
