Current parking rules not properly explained & usually half the machines aren't working is it really free from 11?

7 months later and Waterworld Gym users are still driving round looking for spaces, whilst it's 20% full of vans, free parking is pointless in a full car park it doesn't attract anyone. Well done Wrecsam CBC for a truly disjointed travel policy.
It's a car park. There were spaces... What else is there to say? lol It is handy for town though
Top marks for being free
Very convenient and well situated car parking area. The prices are reasonable and it's a fair size. Very convenient if you need to attend court for a trial of any nature, such as driving in Wellington boots. The swimming pool is also a convenient place to visit once you have parked here. Go for it!
