Product in bad condition, Very little interested in customer satisfaction
Ordered a PRS trem and heard nothing for a week so I sent an email cancelling the ordering explaining that it was because I had heard nothing and not received anything. However a week later they still sent the item out so I sent it back and they have the cheek to not refund me the postage. I will be taking this up with Paypal and Consumer protection agency if not fully refunded. I'd give no stars here if I could.
I was asked to rebuild a heavily used 1968 Strat. The guys at the Fender Custom Shop could take a lesson in relicing from this guitar. It did have genuine old steel Fender 'tremolo' block but the bridge plate was a mess. The bevel on the underside looked like it have been roughly rounded on on a course sanding belt, and someone had drilled out the arm hole in the plate to fit a sort of plastic friction bearing. So I ordered one of Wutones re-designed plates. It arrived on time, was very accurately made and performed flawlessly. Great stuff Wudtone! Now I plan to order a complete trem, some pickups (great pickup demo BTW) and a finish kit for another guitar I'm building.
