My daughter wanted to try gymnastics so i signed her up to the local club and paid all the fees for everything they told me to. Unfortunately they didnt make the effort to get her involved and each week she become more and more quiet and upset. I sat her down to get to the bottom of what was going on, she told me she wasnt enjoying it everybody else kept taking her turns. So i spoke with the staff who then decided to tell me she never joined in and sat on the side throughout the entire lessons - and all they cared about was the money so didnt bother telling me. They said they can sort a refund for me and off we went home. 2 months later i still hadnt heard anything regarding refund so i tried to call - after 3 weeks of calling and emailing and being ignored i eventually sent one last email saying i would bang the office door if they dont get in touch. Within seconds i had a very rude phone call calling me names and then hanging up on me. Sure enough i had my check by post 2 days later. My other daughter has now become obsessed with wanting to try gymnastics but not in a million years would i allow any of my kids there!

I attended this gym for almost 7 years, and let's just say what a waste of my time and money. Never once did I feel included, the prices are extortionate, over 80 a term (like 4 weeks) for one, 45 minute lesson a week, and although I was always well ahead of everyone else in my group, I was never once moved up. They only show interest in you if you have money. It's ridiculous that the only people that get to compete and actually progress are the ones that can afford to pay hundreds of pounds a month. ABSOLUTE MONEY GRABBERS. Far too many students per session, all for the money. If they had actually showed some interest in individuals then maybe we all could've made some genuine progress. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE, JUST FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. This isn't just a one off experience for me, all of my friends that used to go completely agree. They do not care about you or your kids, and everyone I have asked, say that they never felt included or part of the so called \family
