I pulled my calf having fun in the snow!!! Which then stopped me running. Xavier was brilliant and pin pointed my injury straight away. With a few exercises I'm able to run just over a week after going for my first appointment. Thank you so much :) I would totally recommend to any of my friends. Staff are friendly and welcoming too which is an added bonus:)

It was by chance I found you Xcel Health. But I’m so glad I did! Xavier has been treating my sciatica which has been immense pain at times. I had been suffering for a few weeks beforehand not knowing what it was, using hot water bottles / painkillers but with the diagnosis, massage in treatment and exercises at home I can feel I’m on the mend! What a great team you are, from the moment you first make that call with Zoe and Charlotte. Lovely clean, friendly safe environment thanks all !

Absolutely first-class care. Xavier was recommended to me by a fellow-physio (which tends to be a good sign) for treatment of a hip joint impingement which a had tolerated for 6m. Having completed 4 sessions, I reckon that with continued stretching and exercise I will be back climbing mountains again as soon as lock-down allows. What I particularly appreciated about the treatment were: Excellent communication about the nature of the injury and prognosis - I didn’t ever feel patronised, rather it felt like we were jointly addressing a problem; Time in sessions was used to carry out some extremely vigorous manipulation, which made an immediate impact on the injury, backed up by suggestions for exercise. At all times Xavier explained what he was doing and why. What I particularly appreciated about the clinic: Really helpful and pleasant front-of-house staff: Easy to find and free parking. No hesitation about recommendation - Really good value, professional treatment.

He's thorough, consistent and above all, cares about you as an individual. He's supported by lovely staff and the office/clinic itself is super clean and hygienic. Top marks!
