Call quality on our VOIP phones is excellent, especially when you consider we are all working from home and using a basic router and internet. Posture People

When you look for a partner to sort out your phone system, you need to find one as good as Xoomtalk. Or better still just talk to them, as I'm struggling to think of someone who could offer a better service. We're only a small company but they have always made us feel like their most important customer. The solution they installed for us was always good, but during the pandemic it came into it's own. At one stage we had almost daily calls going into the tech support to re-route numbers so that calls would follow people where ever they were - home or office. We've got a VoIP system and it's been brilliant during the last 12 months - we could route to mobiles, we could route to soft phones, we could get everything directed into the office when we needed it. Every request has been dealt with quickly and promptly, and the team are just lovely to deal with. Xoomtalk genuinely feel like an extension of our Company. It is really nice to say every time I get called by someone fishing for our business, no thanks, we've got a partner that we use and I wouldn't dream of looking elsewhere.
