Rachel was extremely accomodating to my constantly changing plans. Her communication through email was great and she kept me informed of what would be required for a visit. I would not hesitate to contact Yarm Bunny Boarding again in the future :)

We booked our two bunnies in here for a week in July, I can thoroughly recommend. The service that Rachel provides is really impressive, the three times that we called all of the pets were really well cared for. The week that our two were there, was the heatwave week, and she made a real effort to keep them cool and comfortable by giving them iced fruit and vegetables. Would not hesitate to use again.
Couldn't survive without it. Lovely care provided.
