Adhering to collecting pets from car park. No pet parents allowed inside. Vet speaks to you over the phone before and after consultation. Then pay over the phone BEFORE your pet is returned to you. Its a bit like a hostage situation which I didn't think necessary, traumatic enough for my pups first time at vets and he has to do it without his Mum AND is held longer than needs be because the receptionist is already on the phone and you can't get through to pay!
