The place was homely I spend some times with friends at this place because it is a really good place to talk. Beers are cheap and the staff are helpful. There is always sport at the TV if you want to watch a match.
Nice traditional pub. Good beer and very nice staff. They also don't treat people like children with respect to Corona.
We have always loved this pub and were very sad to see it's previous decline. We were thrilled to visit again and see it busy, buzzy and most definitely back to its best. The new owners have kept the best of the old and added lovely new touches like the bowl of feminine extras in the ladies. The atmosphere was great, just as we remembered, long may it continue in this fantastic proper pub
Booked our band in to host a music night due to start at 9pm. Arrived at 7.30 to set up only to be told the football was on and we could play from 11pm. Dreadful mismanagement, avoid like the plague.
