Carmen is amazing. I have been attending her classes for only three weeks & I have already noticed an improved in posture, flexibility and energy levels. An added bonus is that I can now fit into last years skinny jeans, yippee.

A lovely peaceful and purposefully dedicated studio right in the heart of rural Epworth.. Carmen offers a variety of classes to meet all needs. She also offers brilliant one to one yoga therapy to patients at our Ayurvedic Clinic and has a great understanding of individual needs and requirements, we are very lucky to have her in our community :)

I went to see Carmen as I play a lot of Golf and was reccomended to her by a friend after about 4 weeks I feel stronger, fitter and incredibly I am hitting the ball further, I now use Yoga as part of my self fitness program. Carmen is very knowlegeable and good fun so the classes are very enjoyable, I would have no hesitation in reccomending her to all!
