An excellent all body workout for a reasonable price! The yoga fusion is just the right level of challenging, but not impossible. A great way to keep fit and get bendy for those who don't like the gym :)

Amazing yoga class that would be great for everyone! I have back problems and these classes really help my pain! The instructor gives you different levels of difficulty so class is for all ages and body types! Highly recommend
