After being made redundant at the end of August, I didn’t want to rush into any job that was available, but I was looking to get back into work quite swiftly. After connecting with Matthew Ryan a few weeks after I was out of work, he made me feel at ease and was confident he would find the perfect role for me.. he wasn’t wrong Keeping in regular contact with me whilst he was searching for the correct role for me, it finally came across. I am now happy to say I am employed by a very reputable company and it is definitely the right step in my career, I couldn’t be more happier! I wouldn’t have come across this opportunity if it was for Matthew and him believing I was the right candidate for this role. During the whole interview process etc. He made sure I was ready and prepared. I can’t speak highly enough of Matthew and I would recommend him 100 times over.

Great experience at first but communication re. Timescales has really dropped off. I was suited to 2 roles at the same company but after interviewing for the first role I decided that was the one for me and pulled out of the running for the second (I had other options that would have come in higher on my priorities). Since then, I've had absolutely no update regarding my application. It's been a month since interviewing and 3 weeks since the promised outcome date and no communication to even offer placeholder. I do not feel this agency represents candidates well and will not be applying via them again.

I have spoken with many people who work in recruitment agencies. I do not think that I have ever had a more personal service. From the moment Lewis Wells and I discussed my experience and my aspirations to be in a better company - he listened. He did not do anything I didn't want. I was very against working in the city centre and wanted to work in a firm that was easy to commute to and would enable my career to progress. Lewis was very prompt when it came to acting on what I wanted. He secured 5 interviews within a fast time period which was amazing. His friendly approach to the whole experience made it so easy to see what opportunities are out there and he went above and beyond to inform me on various occasions as to how great I actually am and why I should feel more confident in myself. I am sure that communicating with me out of normal working hours is not in his job specification but it shows the pure support and belief he has in his candidates when he is trying to secure them a role they want. I just want to say thank you and that this whole experience has really opened my eyes as to how experienced and great I am at my job and that I deserve to be in a workplace where they feel the same.
