Zane was very friendly and helpful. He could not repair the cooker because it was u/s despite having a new element fitted. He kindly reduced his turn out fee. We then got Zane back ..... and was spot on his appointment time, to fit and commission the new cooker. Sorted and a top job done at a very reasonable cost. Deffo his number is in my phone book because he repairs other domestic appliances as well!
I was impressed from the start as Zaine returned my call when so many others do not. He had to order a part and came the day after it arrived to fit it. He replaced the fan and element on our oven very quickly and at a very reasonable price. He is a pleasant bloke, comes when he says he will and gets the job done! I would highly recommend him.
