Bought my dream Stratocaster from these guys after many months of window shopping and finally being talked in to it by the other half. 10% off sale was very much appreciated and Dave on the reception was very helpful and friendly to deal with. These are good guys. The Covid measures in place not allowing gear demos without a purchase are extremely understandable, and I think anyone marking Banks down for that needs a reality check.

Came down here to check out the instruments and amps just to kill some time before meeting up with friends. The store assistant was courteous to me and allowed me to test out the Marshall acoustic amp! A fairly good experience!

Plenty of music book, some nice guitars and small selection of amps. Staff were helpful and where they couldn't help me with a request were able to point me in the direction of someone who could. One star was knocked off due to their being no replacement parts for guitars or anybody on site with the expertise in fitting or fixing bits. It really should be the first port of call for getting something sorted, rather than only buying guitars off the shelf.

My teenage son wanted to have a look at a guitar but was told he could only try if it was a final look with a view to buying. I know it must be tough being in retail at the moment, but surely not allowing a keen guitarist (with money to spend) to try an instrument is not the way to go. I had picked out a couple of books to buy but didn't because of the staff members attitude, so there is 30 of sales lost. Son was wanting to look at a Fender Player Tele, he will get one, but not from here.
