We’ve just had a Turbo problem with our Mazda CX-5. David at Burrows York quickly identified the issue & rectified. We’ve had many Mazda’s down the years & always had them serviced at Mazda York- fantastic customer service & in our opinion it always pays off to use your main dealership . Would definitely recommend.

I had a paint issue on my 3 month old Mazda 6 and the supplying dealer advised they could not help as they did not have a paint shop. Burrows was recommended to me by a friend so I spoke to David Smith. What a contrast to the other Mazda dealership, David could not do enough to help and with his support Mazda UK funded a partial respray which looked outstanding (Mazda approved paint shop FR Pulleyn are superb as well) when completed. I have just had the car serviced by Burrows as well even though it is out of my way with a 50 mile round trip, but in my dealings with them earlier in the year I got the overriding impression that they look after their customer. If somebody does a good job I vote with my wallet. The service price was reasonable compared to an independent workshop as well. Recommended.
