Rarely have I met someone as enthusiastic about their job as Mel is. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and I’ll never look at locks in quite the same way again. Mel did a great job, and I’d highly recommend Dr Locks.

Really prompt service, cheerful and friendly and very efficient. Came out to our home in York exactly when promised. Gave good and practical advice too. Dr Locks was recommended to us by several people and we will now happily pass the recommendation on.
Cannot recommend Dr Locks enough! Mel was very professional and friendly, she took the time to explain the different kinds of locks to me and got everything finished very quickly. Besides that, she was also just a lovely person to chat with. I would definitely use Dr Locks again and would highly recommend.
Really impressed with the service I received today. I called at about 2pm and had new locks before end of day. Price was really competitive and Mel was really enthusiastic and helpful, taking me through the different types of lock I could purchase. I decided on the British standard lock as this offered several upgrades of the lock I previously had installed. Also helpfully guided me about how to maintain the door itself. I would thoroughly recommend using this service. I am based in Selby and travelling out was no issue.
Moved in to a new property in York and Mel replaced all locks, with replacement keys. A couple of the locks were very high grade and difficult to replace, but Mel made multiple visits to ensure everything was done to the required standard. Also, to organise the additional keys needed. Also Mel is an incredible listener and communicator. I cannot stress how good she is. Would urge anyone to use her. Fantastic.
