Rainwater was entering the inside of our brick garden shed. With the estimate, GNR provided us with a detailed work description of what was involved.Thomas explained that he would be our first contact and he kept us well informed throughout the process. Work was carried out over several days due to the wet weather conditions, but during that time we were kept updated on the developments. The roofers acted in a professional manner throughout and we were very satisfied with the work done and the way in which they kept the surrounding area clean and tidy which must be very difficult during roofing repair work. A job well done and after further rain within the last couple of weeks, we are pleased to say that no further rainwater has entered the inside of the building since the repairs were carried out.

Professional outfit that go above and beyond general good practice and workmanship to ensure the client are satisfied with the roofing process and the final product. I have personally used them on a relatively complex commercial project which was successfully delivered despite logistical and technical difficulties encountered. GNR recently undertook a large project for us to completely re-roof our Grade II listed property, including new slates and insulation throughout, new iron downpipes and hoppers, and installing new conservation roof lights. The team on site was always professional and unobtrusive to work with and they were always happy to discuss options and work around issues, including providing bat habitats within their design. They took great care of the property while working on it, including making excellent repairs to the intricate box guttering and repointing all the chimney stacks in appropriate mortar. We are very happy with the final roof and we have had plenty of visitors comment on the quality of the leadwork and how smart it looks now. Thank you Oliver, Carl and the team!
GNR provided an excellent roofing service from start to finish, the scope of work included installation of a dry ridge system, lead work covering a sun room parapet wall, chimney pot replacement and installation of rainwater goods. The materials used were top quality and workmanship was to a very high standard. Many thanks to Shayne and the team for their attention to detail and providing excellent customer service.
Professional from start to finish. Good advice and detailed quote for a complex job replacing fibre cement tiles containing asbestos, and a couple of flat roofs. Work started on time and we had a friendly courteous team (Tom, Jack & Leon) who clearly take pride in their work. Plus effective supervision from Shayne. All aspects of the work have been completed to a high standard. The new slates look good and we are confident there will be no leaks and expect it to last a long time.
