Spoke to a very kind and understanding lady about the practice of the three superior heaps who helped my mind and made me realise its your intention and not mistakes. Even bad ones cause theres always a solution. For example when I do that practice I see daggers pointing at the buddhas and I even to my horror stuck one in Buddha Glorious Sandalwood throat. But I say 'please remain serene' and do prostrations after, quite a number. And I blow healing colours to them such as gold blue. I felt bad about ringing to check but really that's what the Sanga are there for to support you. Thank you.

Beautiful day out today. Lovely place no matter what time of year you go. We stayed for just over 3 hours today. Nice walk round the lake, hide and seek in the walled garden. And cake and coffee from the cafe while the kids played football, played on the swing and the little obstacle course. My kids 2 and 6 love it here.
