I was negotiating a transatlantic move in the middle of the pandemic, and on a student budget, which was definitely stressful. Murat and Lydia made the entire process of packing and shipping my belongings overseas so much easier. From giving me multiple quotes as my needs changed, to providing packing supplies, to picking up and shipping the actual parcels, they went out of their way to help and were friendly throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough and will be using them when I return to York.
Bought a dinner service via online auction but due to COVID-19 was not able to collect purchase. Asked for a quote for collection, packing and delivery and received detailed one very quickly back. I was very happy to progress, all items were collected, packed incredibly well and arrived (With no breakages) far sooner than I thought possible. Have no hesitation in recommending this company.
I used Mail Boxes Etc for dissertation printing, they were very responsive on email and managed to post it out to me the same day 1st class, so it arrived at my house the next day. Murat was very helpful in answering all of my questions, and they've got lots of options to make sure that your work is personal to you. Would recommend and use again
