Absolutely brilliant! We organised the Raptor Experience for a friend's birthday. Lovely long walk through the fields so wear appropriate footwear. Very informative keepers who know what they're talking about and are passionate about their work. Please use your common sense as these beautiful birds of prey demand respect!

Fabulous Charlie the head man friendly engaging knowledgeable and the birds AMAZING.Didnt think you would get so close to some of them. So many different owls and they all looked pristine. Met a lovely volunteer equally helpful. Refreshments midway very nice and very well organised 're covid. Highlight the demonstrations when the birds flew and how .Then there are the gorgeous little burrowing owls .Cannot recommend more highly .

We had a great visit to the centre despite the rain. There are three flying demonstrations each day and the instructors are excellent. There is a very large variety of birds and owls and plenty to see. It’s about a 15 minute walk up from the town centre of Helmsley. Really worth a visit.

I've been here several times in various seasons and it never disappoints. The staff are very knowledgeable and obviously thoroughly enjoy working with the birds to give them the best experience they can. Birds fly everyday. Different birds for different seasons. An absolute must when in the area.
