I would highly recommend Rolawn. We were delayed in getting the area ready for turf twice and Rolawn happily rescheduled our delivery. Which arrived on the day required. Driver very accomodating after pallet collapsed, getting of the truck and we all helped carry the turf. Turf looking amazing now, not two weeks later very good quality.

WARNING... The photo is lawn top soil... Suitable for seeding!!!!!! ... After 4 months Rolawn have responded to my complaint by saying its acceptable to have large stones, glass and sticks in the bulk bag... Really... Make your own decision... I had to dump the product as it was not fit for purpose and purchase a quality product else where. I am not letting this drop and with regret as their decision not to offer and sort of compensation is to take this to the County Court...Companies like this should be held to account. I Don't usually leave reviews but I want everyone to be spared the agrovasion of Rolawn's acceptable tolerance in their product quality. I have no doubt by the dismissive response I had from them that their response to this posting will be helpful!!! Well at least a false show of it.

Absolutely gutted. Ordered large bag of bark chippings from Wicks 22.10.2020. Order passed to Rolawn. Delivery advised Monday 2.11.2020 between 0800 and 1800. Waited in all day, phoned at 1600 hours to be informed that lorry stuck on M62 in traffic jam. Fair enough. Delivery promised between 10.00 and 11.00 Tuesday 3.11.2020.Nothing. Phoned again - delivery promised between 14..00 and 15.00. Nothing. Phoned again, apparently lorry could not access our road because it was too big. The dustbin lorry had just been down the road with no problem. Phoned again, my bag of bark transferred to smaller truck and would be delivered before 10.00 Wednesday. Nothing. At 11.30 I cancelled the order. Hopefully I get my 100 back. Wicks have been as helpful as they can and Rolawn’s customer services did their best. The contract with the transport company needs reviewing. We have wasted two and a half days.

5 of the turf rolls were incomplete with many missing large chunks and unevenly cut by their machine. I am ordering more turf in the next few weeks for another project. It wont be from Rowlawn,

Rowlawn lovingly delivered a 1t bag of topsoil, dumped it off the back of the truck in the middle of the road and drove off. Disgusting service
