We are dedicated to making a positive impact, helping raise awareness of, and alleviating the extent of animal suffering, environmental harm and health issues, by advocating a plant-based, vegan diet. What We Do: Veganuary encourages people to try veganism for 31 days (either in January, or throughout another month or time period within the year) by campaigning for people to sign up for the Veganuary Pledge. When somebody takes to pledge, we send them daily emails containing delicious recipes, meal plans and helpful tips, such how to stock up your plant-based cupboards and the need-to-know essential nutritional info. Participants will be the first to hear about appeals, vegan news and exciting offers! It's Effective: Hundreds of thousands of people, from almost every country in the world, have pledged to try vegan since 2014. We have helped thousands of pledges reduce the demand for animal products, tackling the root cause of animal suffering, sparing millions of pigs, chickens, cows, fish and other animals. Veganuary Is International: We are currently expanding our international presence into Germany and beyond! Our international campaign for January 2019 was a huge success, seeing some of our best performing countries supporting thousands of people in trying vegan with Veganuary in their country this January.
