Fantastic fun. Friendly staff I think pretty reasonable price. Ice was melting quite a bit when we was there so people soaked without falling. But didnt stop us

All this describes the ice skating experience not the funfair. When paying they tried to short change us my husband had to correct them. I advised that my daughter is skate UK level 5 and I'm not good at ice skating. Nothing was said about her staying by my side. We went for boot hire for myself (we had my daughter's boots with us) and I again advised that my daughter can skate and I can't. Again nothing was mentioned that she had to stay by my side. We had been skating for a while with her doing loops and coming back to me, when the Marshall came over to advise that she needs to be by my side. I feel the signage wasn't clear enough. I was accompanying her on the ice and could see her and didn't feel it fair that she had to stick by me instead of skating properly. When asked of we had had a good time I advised not and explained. The manager was called (I didn't ask to see her) and she apologised, said they would make the signage clearer and offered us complementary drinks.
