I am in the begginings of growing a training provider to serve the very best fitness education for gym instructors and personal trainers. As a sole director of the business I was in need of direction from people that could help me think strategically, challenge me, question my direction, and consolidate my vision for the business. I was following Your Guardian for a little while and decided to "turn the sound" on for one of Paul's videos on LinkedIn. From his insight in the short video I could tell I may just have found that person. I've now been working Paul and his partner Dave for 3 months and as a result of the sucessful work, personal and professional development - signed on for another 6 months.
