Excellent service from start to finish. As soon as the job was approved Tom was on the phone to sort the finer details out. From pick up to drop off Tom was in contact. Also pictures and a video was sent at the halfway point so we could see our dog, Petra. Also the price of the move was very fair as I had a few quotes and Tom's was excellent value. I would or shall be using Tom again for sure. Grand job all round.

Tom was really, professional, caring and timely when transporting my dog. He kept in regular contact during transportation & called to confirm two days before as well. He cared about my dogs well-being throughout his journey and made it as calm for the dog as possible.

first time I have used your pets travel, tom was very caring and professional to my dog after a traumatic time at a groomers in horwich dont like leaving me,tom was brilliant with her, which made me happy that he cares about animals in his care .now I've booked the boy with him. I have 3 more appointments booked with tom highly recommended.
Tom helped me with the collection of our new puppy, we were nervous about it at first but Tom was there to make us feel safe and happy at every point in the process. Our new puppy Bella arrived safe and sound.
